Laura is a certified coach, who has been working in the industry for over two decades and has trained thousands of women. Laura's passion is to help coach and inspire women to train with confidence, create their own beautiful body shapes and help give women the strength and knowledge to take control of their goals.
With a personal philosophy of embracing and enhancing your unique shape, Laura has developed targeted weight training programmes that focus on key muscle groups, frequency of movements, correct technique and sensible nutrition plans.
